Terry Richardson, Still Pantsless - David Webb Fall 2011 Ad Campaign

One might argue that Terry Richardson is all over the place these days, yet we do always appreciate the less serious take of the photographer on fashion and life in general, infusing a more laid back look and style into brands that would otherwise never been on peoples radar.Terry Richardson's pantsless, plaid-shirted, positively pervy vinyl toy doll, made in collabs with Uncle York, made its way into fine jeweler David Webb's fall ad campaign, shot by Richardson, styled by Carine Roitfeld(former Vogue France editor in chief). , and modeled by Eniko Mihalik. A behind-the-scenes look.

Making of the David Webb Fall 2011 Ad Campaign

Exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the making of the David Webb Fall 2011 ad campaign features Eniko decked out in provocative David Webb jewels playing with a Terry Richardson doll.

This star-studded mashup plus the Terry Richardson doll is quite peculiar but makes for a provocative and alluring ad campaign that is sure to capture the attention of many.

Carine Roitfeld was working with Terry Richardson at his studio earlier this week — given Stephen Gan's presence, the collaboration was likely for V — but another one of their recent projects just made its debut.

Richardson photographed and Carine Roitfeld styled Eniko Mihalik — holding plastic, plaid-shirted Terry Richardson dolls — for David Webb's three-image Fall 2011 jewelry campaign. This is the company's first set of ads in over 20 years, says new Webb co-owner Sima Ghadamian, who hired Roitfeld and Richardson to help reinvigorate the brand. “We wanted to reintroduce David Webb to the world with a new look, but with having all of the original designs he made when he was the biggest designer of his time,” Ghadamian added, describing the three ads as “sexy, young, abundant” and “full of saturated color.”

A five star property, the hotel provides everything luxurious and in style. The Promenade offers some of the best known dining and lounging options in Pondicherry. Le Dupleix

a fine example of a designer heritage hotel that rightly strikes the delicate balance between modernity and tradition. It was originally built to serve as the residence to French Mayor of Pondicherry. The antique French furniture, high wooden ceiling, large windows send out a warm, lived in feel. Each and every room is designed differently - an experience in itself and they have been restored using local craft and antiques. The clear glass floor that gives a beautiful view of water bodies of the hotel, the gorgeous hand woven chairs that line the hotel’s passage and the antique gold leaf mirrors accentuate the uniqueness of Le Dupleix.

With a round up of 14 luxurious rooms, the hotel offers all standard amenities including a highly personalised service to its guests. At Le Dupleix, a 200 yr old mango tree forms a beautiful canopy in the open air courtyard restaurant. Here guests can choose from an exclusive menu which comprises of a careful selection of Indian, Continental, French and Creole cuisines. The Governor’s Lounge Bar at Le Dupleix is an ideal haunt for a quiet long evening in the company of close friends.
